PSL-Trinational, Project Free Software of the Trinational Region, created in day 27 of September of 2004, in Estuary of the Iguaçu, comes through this to reveal its intentions and to disclose to its thoughts on the paper of Free Software in the context of the Tríplice Border.
In the current context national politician free software comes gradually gaining space, spreading and representation, proving to be a promising land in the development of efficient solutions and low cost, making possible, thus, the social and technological inclusion inside of the
Brazilian reality.
The integrant ones of PSL-Trinational face this moment as a chance for the development of projects that fortify this context in our state and region, and for this count on the participation of the community of free software.
We understand that the paper of free software in the society is to promote the social development through the dissemination of the knowledge and of the cooperation it enters the too much sympathetical entities of free software, and of the freedoms instituted for the “Free Foundation Software”, beyond promoting economic the development local and contributing with the digital and
social inclusion.
PSL-Trinational if considers to collaborate and to add it other entities that also have as focus the use of free software as agent of social and technological inclusion.
